Esmeralda's Run is a 5k/10k race with a Family Fun Mile event
“My Mother’s greatest fear was that no one would remember her after she passed away. Esmeralda’s Run ensures that this never comes true. Cancer never held my Mom back, nor did it dampen her spirits, cloud her mind or darken her heart. This event is a memorial for my Mom, and for anyone who has ever lost someone close to them.
Per my Mother’s wishes, all of the proceeds from the race will go directly to the Lance Armstrong and A Glimmer of Hope foundations, two organizations she volunteered and cared for deeply.
Please join us again this year on a day where we can all gather in remembrance and support of those who have fought or are currently fighting cancer. With your help, Esmeralda's Run will be a great success for the ongoing fight against cancer and will give those who knew Esmeralda an opportunity to celebrate her life.”
